Open Question: help me! i cant stop crying!?

i dont know whats wrong with me! my boyfriend and i had a little tiff last night, and it upset me enough to were it brought me to tears, we fixed it after a while, but since last night i still havent been able to stop crying.. even now, the tears just wont stop flowing down my face.. i feel so depressed and like crap, but i dont actually know what the actualy reason is why i feel like this..
